A cozy lobby with reading corner, a dayroom with satellite TV and a small kitchenette invite you to relax and unwind.

Our guests appreciate the organic milk, yogurt, honey and bread delivery service in the morning.

We clean your holiday apartment during your stay by prior arrangement.

Of course, there are enough parking spaces at your disposal and, in winter, amenities include a heated ski storage room and boot drying facilities.

All rooms and apartments are suitable for families with children. Child cot, high chair, diaper changing unit, swing, baby phone, electrical outlet covers, toys, baby bottle warmer, buggy available on request.

If the children are not tired from skiing, they can romp around in the very spacious playroom (36m²). Lots of games and toys are available. Large lawn in front of our house - ideal for building snowmen!

Winter highlights: free toboggan rental, child seats, spades for making snowmen and a lot of other facilities await you.

Feel at home in our homey apartments equipped in traditional Tirolean style, featuring wonderful wooden furniture. Seven cozy apartments are available. Five apartments have been newly built while two apartments have been lovingly renovated.

By the way, accommodation has been offered for three generations on the Rosenhof farm.

All apartments feature bath/WC or shower/WC, balcony, radio, phone, satellite TV, partly dishwasher and microwave, linen and towels.

Relax and unwind in the newly built, spacious apartment No. 103, sleeping 4-8 persons and covering 85m². Enjoy the morning sun from the east-facing balconies, overlooking the great ski area and the breathtaking Swiss mountains.

If the children are still not tired, they can romp around in the very spacious, newly built playroom at 36m² on the ground floor. Lots of games and toys are available. The large lawn in front of our house is easily accessible from the playroom. Ideal for outdoor games or a visit to the cowsheds.

A truly unique adventure for the old and the young! Watch the great variety of cows, calves, Lucy - the pony, Jenny - the collie, and our little kitten Muschi!

All apartments are NON-SMOKING APARTMENTS.
Smokers can get together in the day room and in the lobby. Of course, they are also allowed to smoke on their balconies.
