Take a run

There are around 100 km of running and Nordic walking routes in the Reschen Pass region. The elevation offers a healthy bracing Alpine climate for anyone who is happier on their own two feet.

Both hobby walkers and ambitious sports hikers will find many paths to physical fitness. Thanks to an initiative by enthusiastic local walkers, seven different routes have been established and sign-posted. Specialist hiking companies in Nauders are the ideal “training partner”, and they won’t hold back on any inside information.

All routes are also suitable for Nordic walking. In numbers - there are more than 40 kilometres and 2,150 metres of climbing, which requires use of 90% of our muscles during Nordic walking. Sounds healthy, and is too!

We can offer:

► Ideal elevation

► Attractive Alpine climate

► Walking without stress (in an environmentally protected area)

► Walk on the old smugglers’ paths

► Ideal both hobby walkers and ambitious hikers
