Winterhiking at the Naturmountain.Mutzkopf
Along the romantic winterhiking trails in the middle of an untouched winter landscape, the Naturemountain.Mutzkopf offers varied possibilities. The snow-covered Schwarzsee & Grünsee lakes, in the middle of a picture-perfext winter landscape, are the highlight of every expedition through the Nauders mountains. This unique winter adventure, with breathtaking views can be reached easily and with no large ascents every Wednesday with the help of the Mutzkopf chairlift.

Pioneers who like to be the ones to make the first footprints in the snow can do so with the big “yeti slippers”. Snowshoe hikes at the border triangle Austria-Swizzerland-Italy can be a great experience for fans of a slower pace.
Between the three mighty mountain ranges of the Ötztal Alps, the Sesvenna and the imposing Samnaun range there are walks for every ability level at your feet.
And after the walk? Hospitable landlords invite you to take a break in their rustic mountain huts, where they spoil their guests with typical Tyrolean delicacies.

Families, couples and friends can slide on into their holiday fun on an rink measuring over 4,000 square metres – stunning mountain backdrops included.
Curling sticks and ice skates can be hired on site. To keep you warm, there is mulled wine and punch in the chalets at the ice-skating rink.
