Highlight for bikers: Kaunertal Glacier Road

A real delicacy for motorbike fans is the ride to the perpetual ice. The 29 bends on the renowned Kaunertal Gletscherstraße (Glacier Road) seem to have been made especially for bikers! For 26 memorable kilometres, the asphalt meanders its way up 2,750 m. The route brings the motorbike fans past reservoirs, historical buildings and spectacularly scenic natural attractions, up to the peak of happiness.

When you arrive on top, you can start to breathe deeply and enjoy it. After all, such breath-taking view of the Alps are not something most people get to see every day! And before you start downhill again? Treat yourself to a little breather and a little reward on the sun terrace at the Gletscher restaurant!
