430 kilometers from the spring to the river mouth of the Etsch. 1 team with 10 runners, split into 2 teams. 40 stages with each of 10 kilometers.

Every athlete runs 4 stages with breaks of 90 kilometers between the stages. 95% of the race takes place at bike trails along the Etsch. The run takes place by day and night.
