The “Through the Muntwald” mountain bike tour starts in the center of Nauders on the access road to Parditsch and is an easy route, both physically and technically, featuring moderate inclines on asphalt and gravel. Shortly after leaving town, the trail leads up a paved gravel road to the unmanned Gamoralm at 1,940 meters, which lies above the tree line and offers impressive views all the way to the Lower Engadine. A distinctive feature of the ascent is the perceived proximity of the surrounding peaks, created by the narrow valley. The return route initially follows the same path to the Parditschhof, whose sun terrace offers a panoramic view from the Samnaun Group to the Ortler Group, before the tour ends back at the starting point in Nauders via the paved road.
