The route starts in Nauders and leads in the direction of Gasthof Parditsch. After one kilometre, turn right onto a forest road and follow it uphill. You go through the Muntwald forest and a bit into the Valrietal valley. You can make a detour back via the Parditsch inn and return to Nauders via an asphalt road.
