Mühlenkapelle chapel
The MÜHLENKAPELLE is the most visited chapel in Unterdorf am Stillebach. The altar image shows the suffering Madonna with the body of Christ in her arms. The damage to the Virgin Mary’s face dates back to the war in 1799. A soldier who had been prevented from looting struck the holy picture with his bayonet.
