Natural Kneipp Trail Kaunertal
The Natural Kneipp Trail Kaunertal revitalises tired walkers and hikers. Along the valley trail, on the section from Unterhäuser to Vergötschen, you’ll find three Kneipp stations. You start in Unterhäuser at the drinking fountain, then walk a short distance along the valley trail to 'Huisner Moos’. There, you can revitalise your body and mind by treading water. The route then continues to the playground in Vergötschen, where you can revitalise your muscles and cells with a cold arm bath and facial and knee dousing. The walk concludes with another arm bath at the Nufler Bach on the way to Kaltenbrunn.
