After the ascent with the Bergkastel cable car, the climb to our first destination begins - the Piengkopf at 2,789 metres. The tour then continues spectacularly along a ridge, on the mountain guide's short rope to the Mataunkopf - an impressive route with a breathtaking panorama. The way back leads via the Goaßloch to the Piengalm and back to the mountain station or alternatively via the Jochelius to Nauders.
